M'Cat Creations was created with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below.
TAT (Turn Around Time):
MCC will begin giving updated TATs once the order has been 100% paid and is added to the queue.
Generally TATs run 7-14 business days.
MCC will no longer accept any type of rush orders; it unfairly puts other customers at a longer wait time.
*TAT is subject to change based on personal or world events, such as personal illness or tragedy, inclement weather impacts, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate.
A preferred/need by date will be established at the time of order placement.
Our products are art, and are hand crafted with extreme care. They take a significant amount of time and creative energy. The integrity of the work is dependent upon the alignment of day-to-day workflow and creative environment.
How do I receive my piece of art?
Customer pickup (preferred)
Shipping: $8.00
Local Delivery: $7.00
Details to be agreed upon during order placement.
MCC Custom Products are hand made solely by MCC, imperfections are uniquely imperfect, minor
imperfections are sometimes unavoidable. There are multiple approval opportunities through the entire
process. There will be no refunds of any monies unless error or potential damage caused by MCC.
