Handmade Quality
Every MCC piece is handcrafted by me in my home studio. Because of the handmade process, small variations or minor imperfections may occur. These unique details — tiny bubbles, slight bumps, natural wood grain shifts, or the occasional stray sparkle — are part of the charm of a truly handmade item.
Design Approvals
You will receive opportunities to review and approve your design throughout the creation process. Once approvals are given, changes cannot be made without additional fees.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of MCC products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an error or potential damage is determined to be the fault of M’Cat Creations, LLC.

• Wipe clean with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth
• Natural variations in grain and tone are expected and celebrated

These policies apply to all MCC laser‑cut acrylic and wood products.
30‑Day Replacement Window Covers:
• Manufacturer defects (cracks, breaks, warping, or flaws present upon arrival)
• Incorrect personalization (wrong name, color, or design due to MCC error)
• Structural issues under normal use
Not Covered:
• Damage caused by dropping, bending, or mishandling
• Breaks or cracks occurring after the 30‑day window
• Heat damage from vehicles or direct sunlight
• Accidental damage from pets, children, or everyday wear
• Natural wood variations in color, grain, or engraving depth
Important Notes:
• Acrylic is rigid — please handle gently
• Wood is natural — slight variations add character
• Replacements apply to the affected piece only, not full refunds
