MCC Custom Products are hand made solely by me, and imperfections are uniquely imperfect, i.e.: minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable.

There are/will be multiple approval opportunities through the entire process, so there will be no refunds of any monies returned to customers, unless error or potential damage is on MCC’s part.
Shipping Information
MCC uses USPS 3 Day Priority Mail, that includes tracking and up to $100 of insurance. Once shipping is calculated, and shipping label created, shipping will be added to invoice. You typically recieve two emails: an invoice and an email with your tracking number. *Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
