Handcrafted with heart. Designed with intention. Made to be loved for years to come. These policies help protect both you and the integrity of every MCC creation.

1. General Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all custom orders, regardless of material or product type.

Handmade Quality

Every MCC piece is handcrafted by me in my home studio. Because of the handmade process, small variations or minor imperfections may occur. These unique details — tiny bubbles, slight bumps, natural wood grain shifts, or the occasional stray sparkle — are part of the charm of a truly handmade item.

Design Approvals

You will receive opportunities to review and approve your design throughout the creation process. Once approvals are given, changes cannot be made without additional fees.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of MCC products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an error or potential damage is determined to be the fault of M’Cat Creations, LLC.

Supporting Small Business

Thank you for choosing to support my small, handcrafted business. Your order means more than you know.

2. Care Instructions

Proper care helps your handcrafted pieces last beautifully.

✨ Tumbler Care

• Hand wash only — not dishwasher safe

• Avoid extreme temperatures (hot cars, freezing conditions)

• Do not soak — prolonged submersion can damage the finish

 • Do not microwave — stainless steel is not microwave safe

• Handle with care — dropping may cause dents or design damage

✨ Acrylic Care

• Acrylic is rigid and can crack if dropped or bent

 • Avoid extreme heat (hot vehicles, direct sun for long periods)

• Clean gently with mild soap and water

• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners

✨ Wood Care

• Avoid soaking or prolonged moisture exposure

 • Wipe clean with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth

• Natural variations in grain and tone are expected and celebrated

 • Keep away from extreme heat or humidity

3. Material‑Specific Policies: Laser Acrylic & Wood

These policies apply to all MCC laser‑cut acrylic and wood products.

30‑Day Replacement Window Covers:

• Manufacturer defects (cracks, breaks, warping, or flaws present upon arrival)

• Incorrect personalization (wrong name, color, or design due to MCC error)

 • Structural issues under normal use

Not Covered:

• Damage caused by dropping, bending, or mishandling

• Breaks or cracks occurring after the 30‑day window

• Heat damage from vehicles or direct sunlight

• Accidental damage from pets, children, or everyday wear

 • Natural wood variations in color, grain, or engraving depth

Important Notes:

• Acrylic is rigid — please handle gently

• Wood is natural — slight variations add character

• Replacements apply to the affected piece only, not full refunds

4. Summary

This unified policy page ensures clarity, consistency, and confidence for every MCC customer. Whether you’re ordering a custom tumbler, a laser‑cut acrylic piece, or a beautifully engraved wooden keepsake, these guidelines help protect the craftsmanship and care behind each creation.
